Inception and Feasibility reports

We can evaluate the Client's brief and then provide an early design stage report with costs to highlight which mechanical and electrical services would be most efficient for the building.

Surveys

We can provide stage 1 and 2 mechanical and electrical survey reports. With associated budget costs attached.

We also provide utility surveys for developers or surveyors, with the necessary information on costs. We can tailor these reports for Architects, Project Managers or Clients.

Consulting advice and design

Mechanical and electrical building services stage 4 designs for both new builds and refurbishments. Types include healthcare, warehouses, high specification office blocks, education buildings, places of worship, brownfield sites, MOD buildings, domestic and retail stores.

Other services include, M & E co-ordination, utility coordination,  concept design, preliminary load analysis and Clerk of Work duties.

Computer modelling calculations and EPC's

Using simplified building energy model software we can advise the client through software calculation whether the building will meet Part L regulations. In other more complicated buildings, dynamic simulation software could be used.

An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is intended to inform any prospective purchasers or tenants about the energy usage of a building.
